I was following the weather forecast all week, and there was a promise of snow for Christmas Day. I was trying not to hang on to that promise, but I hoped and hoped. What happened on the day was beyond any of my expectations.

We were suddenly in the middle of the winter wonderland. And the snow kept falling all day. It quietly covered all the countryside in a beautiful winter blanket. Every corner a little wonder. White Christmas at last. Priceless!
