Day 339 of 366: Frosty Wonder

Exactly a week ago I spent a couple of hours by Dorney Lake, a rowing lake built for the 2012 Olympic Games. I found beautiful acer trees still holding on to their bright red leaves. I couldn't take the pictures I wanted then, as it was one of those typical dull November days.

A promise of a frosty morning got me out and back to Dorney despite my struggle with the cold. I didn't regret a single minute. The trees were still dressed in red and the conditions were perfect. At least for a little while. Long enough to let me capture the pictures I hoped for.
